Is it an art gallery or a hotel? After resting the head here on a number of occasions, we’re still unsure what’s the best part of staying at the Olsen – the contemporary and spacious rooms, or the seemingly never-ending artworks of the artist himself, John Olsen. Ask nicely, and you could even take an artwork or two home with you. There’s a lot of white in the hotel and it sets the scene for Olsen’s colour and creativity to truly take over the hotel, seemingly well, as an art gallery in its own right.

"Nobody in Sydney does a better Vietnamese beef noodle soup than Pho An". The fact you claim this means you've never been to Cabramatta and visited Pho Tau Bay. I've been to Pho An - and... it's alright. That's what the comparison of the two establishments is like. Sure Pho An has a nicer decor, but taste is what we are judging here. My only complaint about Pho Tau Bay is that they should have more locations closer to the CBD (or where I live!) so I don't have to drive 45 minutes to enjoy 'the best pho in Sydney' (voted by the people).
