Pata Negra

Pata Negra is the latest venture from David Coomer, of Star Anise fame. It's Spanish restaurant that is doing a roaring trade in tapas from 'the earth', 'the sea', 'and 'the land' as well as Spanish cheeses, cured meats and desserts.
