The naked chef is expanding his empire out west
At Sayers Fine Foods the produce is the star. The coffee is 5 Senses, the bread is Loafers Organic and Pioneer Farms supply the free-range eggs. The breakfast menu has your classic cafe fare, but throws a few surprises in for the regular breakfaster - give the beetroot cured salmon open omlette with baked ricotta, toasted rye and poached pear salad a whirl, or maybe the banana and choclate bread with maple butter.
The good news is that they are opening a second location called Sayer's Little Sister in Northbridge any moment now.
