The local cafe at the Fremantle Arts Centre is bringing out the big guns with a fascinating menu that takes its cues fro Spanish, Basque, Moorish, and Arab cuisines. Go all in and try the signature dishes known as Shakshukas. The red one involves eggs cooked in a tomato sauce with bread, olives and garlic butter, and the green option has spinach, mint, coriander and parley in addition to the eggs, feta, olives and garlic butter.
You can even super-size them by adding lamb or beef meatballs, chorizo, pork chipolatas and labneh.
