Want to open a small bar in Sydney? City of Sydney wants to help with these free seminars -an opportunity for potential small bar owners to get together and see presentations by Planners, The NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing and Sydney bar owners. The events will be hosted by Melbourne bar owner and designer Craig Allchin. Craig will present some background to the evolution of the Melbourne bar scene and how he sees it working in Sydney. Architects , APRA (Australian Performing Rights Association), accountants and the police among others will be present to answer queries. There will be opportunities to ask questions of all the experts in attendance once the presentations have been completed. This is also a great networking opportunity for you to meet other people looking to open a small bar in the City of Sydney. Earlier Seminars on 27 April and 28 July are fully booked.
