The second annual Taste of Sydney festival has arrived. A moveable feast of Sydney's best culinary talent, 16 restaurants are involved and you'll be able to taste signature dishes from each
of them. Guillaume Brahimi will be making his famous blue swimmer
crab and coriander mayonnaise sandwiches, Giovanni Pilu will be dishing up
risotto with Crystal Bay prawns and zucchini and a warm chocolate fondant with
vanilla bean ice cream will be on offer from Matt Kemp. And that's just for starters.
Get interactive with the Gourmet
Traveller Taste Kitchen and Wine Theatre where you'll watch cooking
demonstrations and wine talks from the country's best and brightest vinuous and
culinary talents. Or head to the chef's table where experts will answer all
your foodie questions while you have a casual glass of wine.
Make
good use of everything you learned at the Taste sessions and head to their producer's market
to buy local produce from 100 different stallholders. And just to put the
cherry on the cake, all of the cutlery, plates and cups are made of 100%
biodegradable cornstarch and sugar cane compounds. Wow!

involved are:
