Massimo Bianchi, head chef of Uccello, provides you with a magic fork that mysteriously transports you to a gastronomic region of Italy when you pop it in your mouth. One week Tuscany, another Amalfi, followed by Venice and then Sicily! Tuck into a three-course meal with accompanying wines from the region, swallow and digest before you wake up and realise that it was all a dream.
Bookings essential.
