Celebrating the reopening of the Grace Brasserie, the Grace Hotel Sydney presents Flavours of the Philippines from 5-21 August, sponsored by Department of Tourism Philippines and Philippine Airlines.

The festival boasts a buffet of authentic Philippine cuisine prepared by chefs Dimatera and Zabala from Via Mare, Philippines. The buffet will feature well-loved Philippine dishes, a carving station, live cooking demonstration and desserts.

Enjoy traditional treats such as Adobong Baboy (crispy baby back ribs in Adobo sauce of soy and garlic), Rellenong Bangus (stuffed milkfish) and Lechon (Philippines-style roast suckling pig). The Halo Halo dessert station will have assorted sweet beans, pulses and preserved fruits topped with shaved ice and evaporated milk.

The buffet is for lunch Tuesday to Friday and on Sunday. Due to popular demand, a dinner service has been added to Thursday nights.

Diners will also have the chance to win a trip for two to Manila courtesy of Philippine Airlines.

Lunch Buffet: Tue-Fri: $38pp & Sun: $48pp
Dinner Buffet:
