Establishment is celebrating ten years of fun with ten amazing events over ten days in September.

I Wed 1 Sep - Hemmesphere
Merivale kick things off with an invite-only party with the theme 'X-Rated'. Ten lucky people have the chance to win a double invitation to the party by logging onto X Marks The.

II Thu 2 Sep - Tank Stream
Do what the French do best and hit the wine and cheese. Try ten cheeses and ten wines selected by sommelier Franck Moreau for $30 a pop. Bookings essential.

III Fri 3 Sep - Gin Garden
Shake things up with a list of ten delicious birthday cocktails at $10 each for the whole day.

IV Sat 4 Sep - Est.
Chef Peter Doyle will be working double time as est. joins in the birthday celebrations with a ten-course degustation menu for $155pp – that's usually the price for five courses.

V Sun 5 Sep - The Establishment Hotel
This is Sydney's accommodation bargain of the year. Log onto the website between 10am-12 noon on this day for a chance to win a room at the hotel for just $10 a night.

VI Mon 6 Sep - Establishment
Lunch will be served at the main bar for $10 for the ten days. Choose from either the Thai or Modern Australian menu.

VII Tue 7 Sep - Various venues
Guests can purchase a bottle of either Jasper or Felix Wine for a mere $10 from the Establishment Main Bar, Gin Garden or Tank Stream Bar (normally $38 each).

VIII Wed 8 Sep - Establishment Main Bar
The 10th birthday celebrations come to a head with a massive red-themed party. Join the fun with drinks and canapés on the house between 6-9pm. Dress code: red.

IX Thu 9 Sep - Various venues
Join Establishment in a birthday toast with a glass of French bubbles. Enjoy a flute of Champagne for $10 at Sushi e, est., Hemmesphere and Establishment Main Bar.

X Fri 10 Sep - Tank
The huge birthday celebrations will wind up true to style with the best Tank DJs from the past ten years. Entry is $10 all night and dancing shoes are definitely required.
