Sydney Latin Festival
This exciting dance-focused festival involves some of the world’s best Latin dancers, right here in Australia. Strap on your dancing shoes and have a go at Salsa, Zouk, Samba and a whole lot more. Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre, Grand Pde, Homebush Bay 2127.

Bondiesta 
Get ready for the colours of Central and South American culture to come alive down at Bondi Beach. From free dance workshops to everything Latino, it’s a day of music, food and plenty of dancing. Bondi Pavilion, Queen Elizabeth Dr, Bondi Beach 2026. 

The festival brings together African and Latino communities for cultural performances, sports events, arts, crafts, fashion and kids’ events. Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre, Casula Rd, Casula 2170.
 
Sydney International Bachata Festival
Bachata is a sexy dance style from the Dominican Republic. Over an April weekend, bachata dancers from every continent of the world will lead Latin dance workshops, performances and some wild dancing parties. UNSW Roundhouse, University of NSW, Anzac Pde, Kensington 2033.
 
Darling Harbour Fiesta
Australia’s largest annual Latin American festival offers free performances, dancing lessons, and those famous Harbourside Fiesta Nights stretching long into the night. Darling Harbour, Sydney 2000.
This annual festival of exciting feature films, docos and shorts aims to raise funds and awareness for community projects. Macquarie University, University Ave, Macquarie Park 2113.
