Cafe Ish

Surry Hills

Cafe Ish plies its trade in a quirky but assured menu including the likes of crocodile sausages and emu prosciutto. The trump card here, if the cafe's groupies are to be believed, is the very Japanese-y soft-shell crab omelette. Crisp-fried egg encases perfectly seasoned crab laced with ginger, green onion, chilli and garlic.

Central Baking Depot

Sydney

All the greatest hits of Bourke Street are here at CBD including their burn-your-fingers-in-a-hurry- to-eat-it-all- at-once spicy lamb and harissa sausage rolls as well as an innovation on the pork and fennel with chicken instead.

Katipo

Bondi

Sometimes you just need a cocktail for breakfast. Whether you've had a big night or a crappy morning, there are going to be days when the only thing fit to wash down your Eggs Benedict is a Bloody Mary. Fortunately that's not going to be a problem if you are breakfasting at Katipo

Store Espresso

Camperdown

The building, located in a leafy cul-de-sac, was formerly a hardware store. Scattered around the cafe are curios from the building's past life an antique floodlight; old baskets filled with oranges; a giant clock; and other wooden odds and ends.

Little Ethel's

Balmain

With only four tables and about 15 chairs Ethel's feels quite like a small bar in cafe form, which means that you are safe from the pram parades and hangover hordes at larger cafes. The menu is small but well considered, covering all your cafe mainstays.

Did you know that consuming some everyday foods and drinks can lead to a condition where your tooth enamel can be more easily worn away, resulting in some undesirable effects on your teeth? Many of the foods and drinks that we associate with a modern diet, including wine, some fruits, orange juice and salad dressing contain acids that can temporarily soften tooth enamel making it vulnerable to acid wear.

PRONAMEL is a daily toothpaste that has been specifically formulated to improve oral hygiene by helping to protect your teeth from the effects of acid wear.
