Master Classes in Whisky, Tequila and Liqueur with Brown-Forman Think yourself an expert when it comes to the hard stuff? Enrol in this ‘master' class focusing on whiskey, tequila and liqueurs. Whether it's history, chemistry or the art of a traditional Mint Julep, at 10-12 minutes per session, you can afford to attend more than one. Warning: drinking is mandatory (and pre-Gordon, a nip for courage highly advisable)

Ethical Eating The Festival's first green event is in kahoots with Eco-Wise, and features equipment and systems designed to sort, separate and recycle waste.
