The best toy shop i've set foot in here in Australia. I'm originally from London. They stock everything - Sylvanian Families, Djeco, Haba etc. Lovely puppets, games, puzzles and other quirky bits and pieces. Not just fun for kids! Also about half the price of anything the same in Newtown or Surry Hills. I know Summer Hill is a bit further out, but it's worth it. There are a couple of other cute shops too. Oh - and the most beautiful, bright, kid appropriate wrapping (free of course) I have seen in a long time.
