3. Cycle to work
This
one's great for the time-poor and the environment. Too scared to hit

are now offering free confidence-building courses for city cycling at
the CARES facility. Check out our Cycling Guide for more details.
4. Swim
Make
like the robust middle-aged men and take up ocean bath swimming this
winter. Unlike the Bondi Icebergs Pool, the ocean bath at Bronte, just
one headland away, can be accessed for free. The good news: winter
swimming tradition says that you're entitled to a beer when you're
done.
5. Soccer
Get inspired by World Cup fever and form your own social soccer team.
