2010 marks the third year of the Bacardi Express – Australia’s only train-based festival which makes the crazy journey from Brisbane to Sydney each year over a 48 hour period, smashing out four concerts along the way. If you missed the action, want a reminder of how good it was, or simply love amazing photography then get yourself down to quirky Darlinghurst bar/art space Doctor Pong to sip on a Bacardi mojito as you check out this exhibition.
Showcasing the talents of internationally acclaimed photographer Kent Mathews, these unique images capture the stars of the show both on board the train and live on stage. Global icons such as La Roux and Groove Armada are pictured alongside homegrown talent such as Art vs Science and Van She.
