Highest Photography Class

Sydney Tower Eye presents the city’s highest-altitude photography class

First published on 5 Jul 2012. Updated on 9 Jul 2012.

What’s the best location in Sydney to see the transition of night into day and day into night?

Atop the tallest building in Sydney, natch.

On Tuesday 21 August, top photographer Kris Baum will take ten amateur photographers to the top of the Sydney Tower Eye and help them capture a spectacular Sydney sunset on camera. He’ll share his personal tips and hints about getting a photo you’ll be proud to show at family slide nights for many years to come. Even better, the participant who takes the best photo – as judged by Kris and Time Out chief photographer Dan Boud – will win a Canon PowerShot-SX40-HS.

Sydney Tower Eye is giving five Time Out readers the chance to participate in the class. To win a spot, all you need to do is write 25 words or less about your most memorable sunset. Send entries to sydneytowereyephotos@hausmann.com.au including your name and contact details by Tue 31 July.

For more information about the Sydney Tower Eye visit www.sydneytowereye.com.au.

Terms and conditions: Each participant must bring their own camera and submit details of the model before attending the masterclass. Photos must be downloadable on-site or submitted within 72 hours of the masterclass.
