To celebrate the German Bier Purity Law (Reinheitsgebot) - which declared that pure German bier can only contain four ingredients; hops, malt, yeast and water - the Bavarian Bier Cafés across Sydney will be putting On Mondays they will be offering bier flights, on Tuesdays a schnitzel challenge, Wednesdays are for tastings and comparisons, Thursdays for bier classes and Fridays will feature DJs for Bier and Beats.
