"A few months ago I was reading the paper and stumbled upon the words "the 1954 Bikini Inspector" and immediately thought it would be a wicked name for a cocktail."

Recipe:

45ml Tanqueray 10 (frozen in liquid nitrogen*)
30ml Cardamom spiced coconut cream
7.5 Lime juice
7.5 Lemon juice
25ml Sugar syrup
2 Dashes of orange blossom water
Lemongrass stirrer

*Pour Tanqueray 10 into a liquid nitrogen bath lightly (the texture should appear to be similar to shaved ice).

Combine all ingredients but the gin into a tin and shake. Strain contents into a decanter. Fill tumbler three quarters with shaved ice and top with Tanqueray10 'ice'. Garnish with lemongrass stirrer. The decanter is to be poured over the Tanqueray No. 10 ice in front of the guest. Garnish Lemongrass stirrer
