World Class Cocktails: Za’atar

"The cocktail is called Za’atar, which is an earthy, spicy twist on a classic."  

Recipe: 
50ml Ketel One vodka
10ml Lillet Blanc
10ml Homemade thyme syrup
Lemon zest
On the side: a quince paste ball coated with za’atar spice mix, served on a canape spoon.
 
Method:
Stir all ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass, sprinkle lemon zest onto the drink and rub the rim of the glass with lemon.
