Tokonoma
The Asian-inspired cocktails are expertly made at Crown Street's new Japanese-themed bar.

Saké
Not only is Saké one of the only places in town to offer sake bombs, but they're also brewing their own shochus and have a huge selection.

Uchi Lounge
Sydney's first dedicated sake and shochu bar is where you can try their version of a Bloody Mary made with shochu (a Bloody Shogun).

Azuma Kushiyaki
Brilliant bar snacks such as tiny little sausages squirted with mustard and salted chicken skin accompany an impressive shochu menu.

Toriciya
The specialty here is matching food and shochu - well worth trying.
