Does Italian get any cooler in Sydney? A glass of Campari and Ruby Red Grapefruit along with some arancini, spectacular views of Bondi and good company equals a pretty damn good spot in our books. What Maurice Terzini has done with NBIF over the years is keep up the quality, service and excellent hospitality and it means you’re getting as good a drink today as when it first opened. And it's Terzini’s dedication to ensuring the term ‘hospitality’ never gets lost that helps NBIF remain on the list of Sydney’s best bars. The crowd here can be pretentious at times – some places in Bondi just always will be – and during the day the passing parade of sexy beach bodies is world-class; tangents aside, the food is good for the price tag, while the wine is even better, starting at $6 a glass. God love bars that tempt you with a wine for a decent price. Two more, please.
