Wake up and smell the skewers, Sydney. The only way to order food these days is by touch screen with a giant Sapporo in one hand and a microphone in the other. For Mizuya, apart from serving up Japanese style fried chicken, grill quail eggs on sticks and bowls of edamame, also play host to some of the finest karaoke in town (they were number one in our recent karaoke feature, in fact) with 100,000 songs to choose from.
