Black-tea ice cubes, sultana swizzle sticks, honeycomb, vodka, gin, rye and more all shaken and stirred and muddled and served for your pleasure - meet the drinks (and their makers) you'll find at the year's biggest cocktail carnival
The competition to name the bar didn't yield anything better than the provisional title, which suits it just fine. Name This Bar plays host to frequent art battles, in which two artists go head-to-head creatively in a collision of art and entertainment. With the remnants of past art battles strewn across the walls, the bar is a strange combination of drinking haunt and a busy urban gallery. There are reasonably priced beers and ciders and the couches are big and comfy, perfect to sink back into while enjoying a game of dominoes or Jenga. Cocktails aren’t their strength but if you’re after some late-night nibbles the dumplings are a perfect snack, with fillings ranging from pumpkin to duck starting at $8 for three. We name this bar: fun.
