Manager Jean Munos (ex Zeta Bar and Buddha Bar in Paris) is mixing it up. Take a classic (say a Tom Collins), give it a bit of twist and you have yourself a cocktail, Lincoln Style. They also do a beaut line in bar snacks like Welsh rarebit.
