The Park Hyatt's contemporary restaurant Harbour Kitchen & Bar takes in the fabulous view of Sydney Harbour through floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors. Not only are there harbour views, you can also see the food being prepared in the open plan kitchen.
There is a seasonal menu and daily specials as well a dedicated sommelier that personally designs the extensive wine list, featuring both local and international boutique wines. Licensed, around $130pp, including wine.
