Although it only has 31 rooms, including two penthouse suites, the Establishment’s cool clout far outweighs its capacity. Exceedingly stylish, this place would be perfectly at home in the smarter districts of London or New York. Catering to celebrities, fashionistas and those with deep pockets, the complex incorporates two critically acclaimed restaurants, Sushi e and est., three bars including Hemmesphere and a popular nightclub, Tank. As for the guest rooms, half are all sharp angles, minimalist Japanese elements and flashes of bright colour, while the others are more subdued – choose what suits your mood.
