Its time for the MasterChef judges to put their money where their mouths are. Escorting readers into their own kitchens, both at work and at home, Calombaris and Mehigan demonstrate the skills, tricks and family favourites they have developed over their culinary careers with 43 of their favourite ingredients made into 86 delicious recipes. Selected recipes from the book will be served on the night so you can get a chance to judge the judges.
