DJs play minimal, techno, house and disco right through til 10am
A couple of the SPICE crew have just ventured into the Sydney bar game. The legendary Banc restaurant has been dead for some years now, but of the ashes rises the Spice Cellar – a big-ass cocktail bar and club.
Fittingly, it is the new home of SPICE and will see local and international DJs play minimal, techno, house and disco right through til 10am.
