How can we laugh as the world slides into chaos? Nothing is funnier than seeing a banker forced to fly economy.

What punchline have you longed to find a joke for but never quite managed? "To get to the other side." Now if only I could find some kind of chicken based set up.

If you could call a moratorium on one over-used stand-up premise, what would it be? Standing up. It takes a great comedian to have the courage to sit down.

Bill Hicks or Bill Cosby? I'm more a Bill Shorten guy.

Does your mother approve of your career choice? Yes. Although I have an aunt who introduces me to her friends by saying "Michael's a comedian. But he got really good marks, he could have done anything."

What's the one subject that you've never been able to make a joke about? What I saw on the set of ‘Hey Dad'.

If your comedy was a musical genre, what would it be? Is there a genre called "shouty, girly man"?

Of what comedian would you most like to hear about the mysterious, asteroid-collision-related disappearance? Me.  What a career move!

Complete: two men walk into a bar... ...the Yalumba Wine Bar at the Enmore Theatre and buy two tickets for my show April 30 to May 2.

What do you want to be when you grow up? Funnier.

What's the funniest thing about Sydney? The Premier of New South Wales: Alan Jones.

In 30 words or less, explain what your show is about and why everyone should go and see it. The show is called ‘Keep Yourself Nice' which is a phrase my dad uses all the time.  It means try not to be a dick.  So keep yourself nice, come along, don't be a dick.
