6. Join the roller derby girls
Get your skates on and sign up to a workout class that will have you fit and toned quicker than you can say ‘roller derby’. 7. Try a healthy and delicious Vietnamese beef soup at Pho An
Take an excursion to Bankstown and find out why Pho An does the best Vietnamese beef noodle soup. Not only do they open at 7am, this enormous pho hall makes such restorative, spice-laden broth with such silky noodles and thin slices of beef that you’ll feel restored just looking at it ($12-$13). 27 Greenfield Pde, Bankstown 2200. 8. Break out the leg-warmers at
80s Aerobics
What better way to work up a sweat than to don your best neon tights, paint on some electric blue eye shadow and bop along to the sounds of the 80s? 9. Lettuce Deliver your vegies
Buy your organic food online from Lettuce Deliver, and they’ll deliver it to your door. There are deliveries twice a week to most suburbs in Sydney. You can avoid all the chemicals and pesticides and get a better-tasting, locally grown product as well.
 
10. Attend a free class at
Fratelli Fresh
