Restaurant critic, Time Out Brisbane
Time Out Australia is looking for a critic to cover the vibrant Brisbane food scene.
This is a casual contributor role suited to either an experienced critic seeking freelance work or an up-and-coming writer looking for their big break in the challenging arena of professional restaurant criticism.
The successful candidate will have both a strong writing voice and a proven knowledge of the culinary arts. Only applicants who can supply relevant writing examples will be considered.

Bar and cafe reviewers, Time Out Brisbane
Time Out Australia is inviting submissions from writers who feel they have what it takes to write informatively and evocatively about bars, pubs and/or cafes in the Brisbane area.
This is an opportunity for talented freelance writers to contribute to the Brisbane edition of a world famous masthead. Aspiring contributors may be either experts in food and/or drink or studious newcomers. Experience as a barista or bartender offers a distinct advantage but more essential are the ability to write engagingly to a professional standard and a curiosity about the best bars and cafés Brisbane has to offer.
