E is for Entertainment Quarter

When the tots have more energy than fully charged Energiser bunnies and you're considering mild sedation,  a paradise that's guaranteed to leave your kids happy, and absolutely exhausted.

Originally designed as an adult playspace, the Entertainment Quarter (EQ) has evolved into rugrats-paradise. Located on the grounds of Moore Park, this is the ideal place to take your kids on any day of the week.

Stop the little tykes from climbing up the walls by getting them involved in a variety of activities. They can jump up to 8 metres in the air and feel the rush on the bungee trampoline, get amongst the action on the 5 route climbing wall and jumping castles, battle it out in the bumper boats or cool down with Bubbles of Fun in a waterproof sphere pumped full of fresh air and released onto a shaded pool of water.

From Wed 12 Jan the you can experience flying through the air on a giant trapeze. The Australian Recreational Centre for Aerial Arts will be set up at EQ, so join in with the kids - no matter your age or fitness level. Trapeze Flying can increase your reflexes and coordination in a safe and controlled environment. More importantly - it's just so fun!

If that doesn't take the kid's fancy, then why not throw them to the animals... in EQ's animal farm, of course. In the show-ring every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, the animal farm features the cutest of animals including lambs, goats and pigs.

There is loads more to do at EQ with Strike Bowling Bar and Laser Skirmish, Hoyts cinemas, Kidsportz and Plaster Painting Studios. The EQ has much to offer for the whole family.
