Home from a two-week preview season of their new show in Singapore, Hi-5 Circus Stageshow comes to Sydney in January, hot on the heels of prior live shows Space Magic in 2005 and Live Action Hero in 2006 and claiming to be "the most spectacular stage show we've ever put together," according to Helena Harris, creator and executive producer of Hi-5.

Set in a circus ring, the show will see Kellie walking the tightrope; Nathan becoming the strongest man in the world; and Charli donning a tutu as the Balancing Ballerina. "We take the kids to a circus of fun, with trapeze and daring acts mixed with our favourite songs and dances. It's the Hi-5 show you don't want to miss." Resli Buchel

Hi-5 Circus Stageshow happens at Acer Arena, Olympic Dr, Sydney Olympic Park, Sat 5 Jan & Sun 6 Jan 11.30am & 2.30pm.

1 Hi-5 is the brainchild of the Bananas In Pyjamas creator Producer Posie Graeme-Evens saw the need for better TV for two to eight-year-olds when her own children outgrew B1 and B2.

2 The current Hi-5 line-up
Charli Delaney, Nathan Foley, Kellie Hoggart, Stevie Nicholson and Sun Park. Sun was recruited to replace original member Kathleen de Leon Jones who left after the birth of her first child. Stevie replaced Tim Harding, who was severely injured in a motorcycle accident last year.

3 Since forming in 1998 Hi-5 has won five consecutive ARIA Awards for 'Best Children's Album' (2000-2004) and three Logie Awards for the 'Outstanding Children's Preschool Program' (2002-2004).

5 Hi-5 has now spawned an American counterpart
The group, known as Hi-5 USA, has their own TV show, clothing range, CDs, DVDs, and other merch.
