Brasserie Bread in Banksmeadow supplies bread to more than 200 hotels, restaurants, delis and cafes. It also offers bread baking classes for kids on Saturdays as well as special school holiday sessions. After learning to use the traditional artisan methods that Brasserie Bread is known for, children get to eat their creations or take them home.

Free Kids' Baking sessions are held on Saturdays at 10am and 12am and make great introductory level classes for all children above the age of five. Each child will bake at least two items during the one-hour class (reservations are essential).

The Brasserie also offers exciting and entertaining birthday parties for ten ($250) or 12 ($300) children aged 5-11. During the 1.5 hours (Saturday afternoon only) the kids will learn to bake traditional artisan goods and enjoy their treats afterward. It's no mess and no stress for the parents, who can enjoy a beverage in Brasserie's café.
