6 Learn about Sydney's convict history

8 Indulge your sweet tooth

9 Visit the home of Snugglepot and Cuddlepie
Nutcote, the home of much-loved Australian author May Gibbs, is now a museum that welcomes children into the wonderful world of Gumnut babies and Banksia men. Wed–Sun 11am–3pm. $3.50–$9.

10 Spend the day at Olympic Park
