We attending the Queen concert at Taronga zoo saturday 3rd March and were very disappointed, it was a disgrace! They could not sing at all, they were reading the lyrics from paper placed on the stage and could not work the crowd. I pay for 3 tickets to see this show and would have seen a better band at the local hotel. It was an insult to Queen and I'm sure Freddie would have been looking down from above cursing at the performers who could not sing let alone remember the words. I am shocked that such well known sponsors such as The Sun Herald would associate themselves with a tragic, tragic event like this.. And please.... a female singing Freddie Mercury songs? The crowd were willing to put up with the bad weather as we were anticipating a great concert, but after 40minutes the singers needed a break (for some reason) and the crowd started to leave. Huge disappointment, I will think twice before i pay to attend another twilight concert.

We attended Friday, unfortunately. We complained to '4Dinternational' ( google it ) and we have been offered complimentary tickets to another show, which is good gesture. I suggest everybody contact 4DI too. We should be compensated for mental trauma too, now I can not listen to a Queen track without thinking of 'Erik' :-)

We attended the Saturday 3rd March show and what a disappointment. How difficult can it possibly be for these so called All Stars to learn the lyrics to a few songs that they are being paid to get up on stage and sing? Isn't this is their job after all? At one point during the show Tania Doko looked up to the sky and proclaimed "We love you Freddie!" Unfortunately they didn't love him enough to learn the lyrics to some of his most famous songs. No wonder it poured with rain the whole time we were there - Freddie must have been turning in his grave! The only All Star I would rate was Mark Williams. Everyone else should be embarrassed!

I completely agree with the below bad reviews. Dale Ryder thought the whole thing was a joke and was terrible. Tanya should learn the words before performing instead of reading it off the song list. The promoters and performers should have more respect for the paying customers and not put on such an amateurish show. I wish they had an 8:28pm ferry, as I would have been on it. Everyone should be offered free tickets to the zoo as compensation for this terrible show. Only positive was Mark Williams and the bottle of wine that I brought from home.

I have to agree that the show was absolutely appalling. It was like a bad version of drunken karaoke, and the band members didn't even seem to know one another. I can't believe I stayed through the rain for that, AND paid for tickets. I don't think I'll be attending another Twilight at Taronga show. That was too much of a scam.

Cannot believe the appalling show that I witnessed this evening (2nd March) at Taronga Zoo - All Star Tribute to Queen. Many of the the singers did not know the lyrics and were actually reading them from stands placed around the stage or from pieces of paper held in their hand or on the floor. This was a very unprofessional show.
