It's business tiiiiiiiiiime with a newly announced mega show
Demand, meet Supply: now crush him. That's what happened when it was announced Flight of the Conchords will be playing the Opera House. When that show sold out in a New York-meets-Auckland minute, bam, it was announced the boys would be taking to a bigger stage. Now, Bret McKenzie and Germaine Clement will hit the Entertainment Centre too this July, both following some pretty solid post-Conchords success – McKenzie picked up an Oscar this year for his song from the Muppets film, 'Man or Muppet'; Clement stars in Men In Black III. If you have a soft spot for songs like 'It's Business Time' and 'Too Many Dicks on the Dancefloor' – and we certainly do – get in early. No word on whether Murray will be joining them yet. Tickets on sale noon, Wed April 25 for Frontier members, 9am, Thu April 26.
