Brooklyn-based Devonté Hynes has countless behind-the-scenes credits to his name including writing for Florence and the Machine and producing the first record by the Bleeding Knees Club. Solo, as Lightspeed Champion and now Blood Orange, he combines funk with freaky in an innovative, danceable spectacle. Blood Orange will play material from 2011's Coastal Grooves at FBi Social; tickets on sale now.
