It's no secret Time Out has jumped into bed with Sir Elton John before. He was after all our guest editor for a week late last year. Well, further bed hopping took place last Monday night when Time Out Sydney invited Elton to join them in honouring a Sydney charity icon, Ms Carole Ann King.

The founder of Luncheon Club, which provides lunches and groceries to people living with HIV/AIDS, was honoured with a co-signed award from us here at Time Out and Sir Elton in a private moment in his backstage dressing room prior to Entertainment Centre show last week.

"I have been an enormous fan or Elton's work both on and off the stage in the area of HIV/AIDS. This is a tremendous honour for us all at Luncheon Club." King said as she accepted the award with fellow volunteer Lance Day. Actually Carole Ann, it's us who are honoured. Keep up the amazing work
