Get in quick for tickets to the first Taste of Young Sydney event for 2012. This time round the theme is Blood, Bones and Butter and guiding your culinary journey will be a cracking team of kick ass women, including Analiese Gregory (Quay), Julie Niland (Sixpenny), Jun Chen (Universal), Jaclyn Nichols (Becasse), Annemarie Rodrigo (Bistrode), Claire Van Vuuren (Bloodwood) Yu-Ching Lee, Sharon Salloum (Almond Bar) and special guest mentor Christine Manfield (Universal), plus Katrina Birchmeier (Garagistes), Gabrielle Webster (Bloodwood), and Jessica Arnott (The Victoria Room).
