Fancy a dinner date with Picasso? Well you can have just that at the Art Gallery of NSW Restaurant every Wednesday night until the end of March.
Usually only open for lunch, The Restaurant is firing up its grills for dinner as a special celebration of the Picasso exhibit. Enjoy the specially curated Spanish-inspired menu and sample the likes of sardines with crumbed manchego; chorizo and pistachio stuffed chicken breast with polenta; and pan fried barramundi fillet with braised pimento, cuttlefish and fava beans.
Get up-close-and-personal with Picasso and wander through the exhibition and top it off with dinner in the impressive dining room overlooking Woolloomooloo.
There's a special offer of two courses with a glass of wine or beer for only $55 per person, and the regular a la carte menu is also available.
