It turns out that El Loco’s 1st birthday coincides with the 150th anniversary of Cinco de Mayo and so the stage is surely set for a massive Mexican-style fiesta to celebrate. Kicking off on 5 May there will be a major party at El Loco with a mariachi band, margaritas, Dan Hong’s tacos, a whole roasted pig and DJs. Plus there will be more events throughout the week with meal deals and a taco eating challenge.
