To celebrate The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee on June 11 the Tea Room at QVB will be hosting a Royal high tea for morning and afternoon tea. Expect three-tiered silver stands and Royal Albert china with petit fours and sweets, ribbon sandwiches and traditional scones with a twist of new flavours including raisin, cheddar and thyme, and pumpkin and fennel.
Wash it down with one of the 35 single-estate, loose leaf teas and tisanes from the German tea house, Ronnefeldt, or if you want to up the ante, a glass of sparkling or Champagne.
