Tea, scones and bubbly with a view this Mother's Day

As all good high teas should, this one at the glamorous WaterBar at Blue Sydney for Mother's Day begins with a glass of Moèt & Chandon. It's followed by savoury treats (smoked salmon sandwiches) and, of course, scones with Chantilly cream and macarons.
