Throughout 2012, on the second Tuesday of each month, Stefano Manfredi and his team at Balla have taken you on a culinary trip through Italy with their Italian Regional Menu series, and they finish off the year in style with a traditional Italian Christmas dinner on Tuesday December 11.
For just $90 per person (this includes a matching Italian wine) you'll get a four-course feast that starts with a prawn, calamari and octopus salad, followed by a fish ravioli with a tomato and chilli salsa, and a roast, stuffed turkey breast for your main. Then, you will end the night with something a little dolce – a panettone with mascarpone and poached cherries. Yum!
