Reaquainting Sydney to game meat restaurants Ormeggio and Pilu are teaming up to offer their diners a four course meal using pheasant, venison and squab, plus matched wines. What could be better? Fair warning, we are thinking this dinner may cause the sudden urge to saddle up, draw bows and head into the forrest.
