This August celebrate the 'Month of Beef' with Cipri Italian as they support local farmers from the Hawkesbury Valley and Windsor area of New South Wales by featuring head to tail recipes using beef - Italian style!
The menu showcases indulgent beef treats such as Wagyu bresoala, vitello tonnato, homemade cannelloni with oxtail ragu, braised beef cheeks, homemade veal meatballs, stuffed veal involtini and tripe for the more adventurous diner.
The four course feast is just $55 per person and runs each Wednesday throughout August. To make your booking call 9331 3333 but hurry as this will fill quickly.
