The elegant Carnival Cup menu, devised by head chef Leigh McDivitt, includes main options like Thirlmere chicken breast poached in lavender-infused milk, with charred baby cos, crispy chicken skin, smoked pancetta and lentil vinaigrette.
The Carnival Cup Luncheon costs $80pp and bookings are essential. For a more casual experience, gourmet hampers will be available to purchase from the bar for $150 per hamper.
