Explore Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune through the wines of Maison Camille Giroud (founded in 1865) at Rockpool
Here is one for the serious wine buffs, or the serious hedonists. Either way it sounds pretty amazing. Sommelier, Michaël Engelmann will walk you through an evening dedicated to the fabled terroir of Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune, which is renowned for producing the world’s greatest chardonnay and most ethereal pinot noirs. There are only 20 places available, the menu includes truffled egg tart, lobster thermidore, Partridge with roasted quince and a cheese plate to finish, and every course is matched to some of the best wines in the Rockpool cellar.
