Yarra Yering winemaker Paul Bridgeman and Rockpool Bar & Grill wine director Sophie Otton are joining forces to create a retrospective wine tasting event, examining the Yarra Yering wines over the years by cracking open their precious museum stock. You will taste eight spectacular drops, accompanied by grilled quail, slow roasted sirloin, a cheese selection and chocolate bark. Hello Tuesday!
